The first week of Nov. '17 we had Kellermeier Plumbing out to check over the condition of our toilet and had asked you have the closet flange replaced due to concerns we had. The "professional" said the flange was good, but changed the guts in the toilet without asking and billed us for it all, $180. The new ones would occasionally stick and toilet would run, but we thought it would improve. This weekend, 3/17/18, there is water all over the floor around the toilet.
