I had a little issue today where chocolate hearts I ordered were not ready at the stated time. I have been in communication with Kellerhaus and they are making this right for me. Thank you, Kellerhaus!
I’ve been to Kellerhaus several times since the new ownership. Outstanding job maintaining the traditions but also kudos for the new introductions for specialty chocolates and organization of the store overall!! Such a great place to visit, great service and I have to plan for hours being there with my girlfriend who loves all the locally made inventory. You can’t loose here, great shopping, chocolates, Belgian waffles and people!!

Had a bad, sad experience today. Was told I could not have 2 one dollar ice cream cones today because the second person was not with me. I told the server it was for my husband who could not walk into Kellerhaus. He let it go this time but not again. So I recommend you do away with your Wed special and we will not be buying our chocolates, maple syrup or almond crunch any longer at Kellerhaus. Enjoy!
