I would steer clear of this league. Especially if your child is in 5th or 6th grade. The VP, Rhett Taylor, coaches a team with “no conflict of interest” in that age range. Rhett Taylor is dismissive and condescending to parents and coaches, especially women, from opposing teams that voice concerns for the game or he tries to play ignorant to the facts when presented to him multiple times thus creating an unfair and unsafe environment. The VP of football Rhett Taylor is an embarrassment to this league. The referees specifically Tony are his puppets, it’s very obvious that he cuts their pay checks. His influence over the referees gives Rhett and his team an unfair advantage. It’s a shame that Calvin the “President” of the league continues to allow the behavior. Do not bring your child into this league because they will be let down by the cheaters.
