Very poor communication with myself as a defendant and also my insurance company. Failed to even file the retainer and also documentation in my Insurance arbitration case which cost me thousands of dollars-all due to their shortcomings. When I complained, they blamed it on me! DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM!!
