I have used Tom and his team multiple times over the last 15yrs. From selling my homes to new purchases. I had a few homes that I would consider harder sales because of price point. Tom was able to get them sold within 1 week! 1 was in 2 hours of the listing!! All I can say is Tom absolutely gets it done! One of the absolute best in the business!
Tom and his team do a great deal more than just post a sign on your front lawn and hope a buyer comes along. They really earn your business. They get the word out, far and wide, that you are on the market, and they go to great lengths to look out for your best interests. I cannot recommend Tom highly enough.
