My agent Jim was great. The blind bid process, however, is B.S. The day the offers where to be looked at, was put off till the next day. I'm sure somebody got to redo their offer( with information from their agent.) in that extra 24 hours. I'll stick with old school, I make an offer, and they have 24 hours to respond. Stars are for Jim, the process gets 0 stars.
