l have sold a few homes. By far, my worst experience was with an agent at Keller Williams. From handing out ridiculous concessions in an extremely hot selling market. My agent literally saying twice, "l need to stop working so much for the other side." To trying to get more commission that was agreed upon previously at closing. And using his friend fresh out of jail to do a bit of trim work. l learned a lot and will research my agents more before choosing the next one.
