I worked with Brandon Mannahan: 1. Poor communication 2. Only goes to the extent of keller's saved search for you. You find your own home 3. Dueing closing was light on communication. Resulting in: My closing being set back almost a week, didnt get me my invoices for repairs from seller till day of closing and it was through his associate. He was nowhere to be found. Do not hire. They are lazy, unfamiliar with real estate rules, and refuse to communicate. I know that the Kitsap are has a lot of terrible agents, keep looking, they are one of them.
