Our agents name was Waldo H. Capcha. Picking Waldo was the worse mistake we could have made. First, he did not disclose that the home we wanted was in a flood zone. I was the one who found out after we submitted the first offer. Second, he lied to us about our closing date. Which led us to have to pay an extra whole month of rent.
