I would give no stars! We signed a lease took our three children out of school rented and loaded a u haul hired two helpers to assist us in moving the owner gave us the keys to the property..... then Vivian Perez said no they were not going to rent to us. We will be taking these people to small claims court! She is not a professional. She is rude and most definitely lacking in knowledge! See you in court Vivian, we will get every penny you cost us over $1,500!
