Worst experience by far. Worked with a realtor from Keller Williams Upstate NY Properties for about 6 months, sent multiple properties and was ignored 9/10 times. Wasted my families time and left us with no time to find a home in the time we needed to move by (because we were essentially ghosted for months). Every time I did get in touch, they reassured me everything was fine. It was a miserable experience, would never go through that again. I ended up begging to be let out of the contract so that I could find someone else.

Non responsive here. I emailed and called the head guy here about a property, walsh, but he never gets back to you. I am not sure how they think they can show and sell properties when they are not at all responsive to their possible customers. Use a different agency, what else can you do? Poor service and no response from here.
