Their idiot agent wrote a deal which had a mortgage commitment date one week before the closing! What kind of a moron thinks that is a good idea? It wasn't caught until we were out of attorney review. It eventually torpedoed the whole deal leaving us in debt and without a buyer at the last minute!!
