I have spent approximately no more that three hours in the employ of David Leong of Keller Williams, Upon my enrollment into his program, I handed him $1000.00 in cash, agreeing to pay the balance in monthly installments. Shortly after joining the program, it was discovered that I had circulation issues in my legs and would need surgery to correct the situation. Their idiot agent wrote a deal which had a mortgage commitment date one week before the closing! What kind of a moron thinks that is a good idea? It wasn't caught until we were out of attorney review. It eventually torpedoed the whole deal leaving us in debt and without a buyer at the last minute!! Should you decide to do business with this office READ THE CONTRACT THOROUGHLY!! I recommend you go elsewhere. People this incompetent should pay for their mistakes!!!!!
