Tasha went above and beyond to help sell our family's property on the Chattahoochee River. There were a number of challenges, the most significant being that we are based outside of Georgia. I counted on Tasha to keep an eye on the property, which gave us a good deal of comfort. Tasha also understands river properties and the unique dynamics involved for anyone considering buying riverfront property. Tasha is also honest and straightforward with her assessment of the state of things.

From the beginning, Tasha treats you like family and takes her time to show you properties you may be interested in. Other than current market pressures, we had no pressure and felt comfortable making decisions based on Tasha’s opinions and experience.
