Over a year of legal fees and endless repairs - The purchase of our home has been a nonstop headache. Our sellers boldly lied about the condition of our home, and our realtor didn't follow basic standards to stop them. Our paperwork is incomplete, our MLS was edited after the sale, our requests were ignored. It appears our realtor even allowed our Seller's Agent to arrange our home inspection. Using an "independent contractor" at Keller Williams cost me hours of my life, 62k so far, and peace of mind. Don't.
A realtor from this office shared my personal information with my neighbors after selling my home. She was also very unprofessional during the preparation of getting my home ready for sale. I will never recommend the agency or the agent to anyone. I have bought and sold many homes but this was the worst experience to date.
We are currently working with two of the agents. They are like three-day-old fish. They have been instructed to complete two separate deals that the owner has accepted and continue to proceed as they see fit. Hard to get rid of.
