We were very pleased with Nikki and her team. She was well prepared in evaluating and pricing our home, arranged for photos and video to be taken. We were listed MLS as well as all the major internet portals. Communication was good regarding showings, contracts, and necessary closing forms. We didn't need any work done on out home, but her team was prepared to help provide vendors should it have been necessary. Our experience could not have gone better.
