Connie Sharp is very professional and knows the local real estate market well. As a first-time seller, I had many questions and needed a lot of explanation. Sometimes we met in person, especially if there was a lot for me to process and understand. Other times we texted back and forth with minor details. Some aspects of a transaction in the Saguaro Community raised concerns for me regarding RESPA, particularly around the financing process. I would encourage buyers to understand their lender options and independently verify their rights before proceeding. Ultimately, my earnest money was returned.
