This company needs to be more cautious about who they choose to do business with. In my experience, Quincy Smallwood handled my tenancy in a highly unprofessional and unethical manner. I was given a 24-hour demand to vacate, offered a refund to leave immediately, and then locked out of the property without any formal court eviction process. Agents will lie and misrepresent themselves as well as what the T&C’s mean in their contract with you in order to become your agents on terms that benefit them while negatively impacting you. Ensure a lawyer reviews any contract you sign with them before signing as a best practice, and DO NOT allow them to consult with you on what their contract means. 0/10.
