BUYER BEWARE: Jason Fueston will sell you a house that is being sold by someone in his office without telling you. He will walk a home and either through incompetence or manipulation not tell you about obvious signs of nicotine damage. I was hired to do a cleaning for Derek and he's never paid me. Even gave a $200 discount on the amount owed. I'm still waiting on a check and it's been weeks. It's disheartening and I feel used by this company. I did them a huge favor and stayed and cleaned for 24 hrs to have a house ready for them to take pictures and put the house on the market, just to be dodged! No one answers my calls.
