This review is based on our experience as first-time home buyers working with Kevin Mapes as the seller’s agent. Unfortunately, it was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Chanisda showed my home this morning at 10 am to potential buyers! I had requested they leave their card, no card was left plus she left my front door unlocked all day long! I didn’t get home until after 6 pm tonight! This is unacceptable! Relators are trusted to make sure house is locked up when they leave and all lights turned off! How she could leave and not lock my door!
