Extremely disappointing experience with Keller Williams regarding our Manasquan rental. Our security deposit was returned well past the required timeframe and, even after finally receiving a check, a significant portion of our deposit is still being withheld and remains unresolved. Truly a disappointing experience selling my home with Keller Williams, Spring Lake. Susan listed our home, wrote a poorly worded listing that I had to rewrite after she posted it. (She was supposed to show it to us before listing and did not). Communication during the sale was unacceptable as she disappeared at the most crucial times, leaving me to negotiate with the buyers realtor on my own, then chastising me for it.
