I would not recommend Jerry Baker. He failed to do even the little things right. We had a signed contract from the seller after our cash offer was accepted that we never saw (agent failed to send it over) . The agent would not communicate updates and would not respond to requests via phone/text. We had this deal on contract for almost a month and did not receive one call/text with an update from this agent.
