My experience with Anthony Jenkins was extremely negative. Working with him led to a significant loss of time, money, and trust. Communication was poor, decisions felt one-sided, and there was a constant lack of professionalism. Instead of representing my best interests, the process became stressful and disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone considering his services to proceed with extreme caution and carefully evaluate other options before moving forward.
It was their Ice Cream Social. Just welcoming and feeding clients and friends.
I had the most nightmare scenarios with my agents. They promised they could sell me house. They allowed people to leave open my well pump house door freezing the pipe destroying all of my plumbing. The next showing people got to tear up my yard 4x4 ing. We went from a non marketable house to a non habitabal house in one week!!! Best part is no one cares what happened. Always insest on your agent being present at every showing. This organization should be avoided at all cost.
A first I believed my realtors were going to be good. Unfortunately the past two showing of my home things were damaged and my well pump house door was left opened letting all my pipes freeze up and bust. Then the next people that the house was showed to they drove across my lawn and rutted it up!!!! Savages!!!!!!! I felt my concerns were totally ignored!!!! Well now I get to poop in a bucket until I fix my water pipes!!!!!
