Avoid this real estate company at all cost! Especially the agent they have by the name of JILL HEINECK!!!
I don’t recommend Jo Davis. She dropped the ball on first time home buyers by not doing her due diligence. She should have reasonably known about road work (that was publicly shared) impacting the neighborhood we bought in. She blamed the seller for not listing in material fact, but they did disclose in an appraisal they sent her. She didn’t read the appraisal completely or advise us on the appraisal the seller sent which did disclose the roadwork.
