This is the most unethical reality group I have ever dealt with. I had a purchase agreement on one of their properties contingent on a well and septic inspection. The well and septic were listed as working on the disclosure. When I went to get my inspection done the pump didn't work causing me to not be able to inspect the well or property inspect the septic.
