I can't recommend Penny Jackson highly enough. She helped me sell my home in Johnson City after I had moved out of the area, and "full service" doesn't begin to cover it. She and her husband Josh went so far beyond what any agent would normally do. They helped with a complete closet renovation before listing, helped me move things out of the house, and even managed selling furniture and belongings I couldn't take with me.
