I've been a realtor here for about 10 years awesome staff great agents
Agents from Aaron Barkers South Tampa Group continously violate the do not call list even though they were asked numerous times to respect the federal DNC. If they cant follow basic instructions and understand basic guidelines, i dont imagine they could do anything else correctly. Would not work with folks that are that desperate to get a client, that they would use unethical business practices.
"My experience with Ralph Lozada was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. From the beginning, Ralph was not transparent about the terms of our rental agreement. He promised us that we wouldn't have to pay the last month's rent, only to turn around and charge us an additional $2,500 fee at the end of the lease. Mr Scaglione ignored my calls when i was trying to be a client. I find this extremely unproffesional. I did not put in an offer to buy the first condo he showed me in the time he wanted me too. It went under contract which was fine. I also did not want to work with his reccomended mortgage lender (I already had my own lender. I decided i wanted to put a back up offer on the condo.
