Fifteen stars! They stuck with it through the short sale of my home in Oakland. The Monday Team knew how to navigate the situation and put in an extraordinary amount of effort. While the process was lengthy, they kept at it and everything is resolved.
KW has always been great at training agents and allowing them to tailor services to their clients but things have been on a whole new and better level since the local leadership changed last year. There’s camaraderie, collaboration and healthy competition … all geared to helping agents offer the best to each client. Good for new and veteran agents and great for buyers and sellers.
I just got off the phone with Asila Sayedi of KW Advisors and in the context of my wanting to discuss the possibility of her representing me in the sale of my real estate, she broke the first two rules of what "Boards and associations of REALTORS and their MLSs shall not:" per the MLS Antitrust Compliance Policy.
