Steve Cavender was amazing in both selling and buying our homes, and he became a great friend. Steve is very knowledgeable in the market, he was patient, he listened to us and helped us make our dreams come true. Steve went above and beyond and always made us feel like we were #1. Jeff & I feel very blessed that God brought Steve into our lives for this journey. Steve prayed with us for God's will and then was there with us at each closing praising the Lord.

As a woman buying a house for myself for the first time, I felt comfortable and confident with Steve as my agent. Having had experience in construction, he was able to notice and comment on things that I might not have been aware of. Plus, I was only able to come to Traverse City twice a year and it took me 2 1/2 years to find the house I wanted (after seeing many!), but Steve was good at letting me move at my own pace and at answering any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Steve!
