Alan Frankeberger was incredibly helpful and affable. He guided us effortlessly through our first home purchase during the wild free-for-all that was the pandemic housing boom, showing us around 25 houses all over Milwaukee at a moment's notice. He actively walked through every house with us, honestly pointing out items to look for and things to beware. He had great referrals for lenders and home inspectors. He never pressured us to settle or overpay. I would recommend Alan to anyone.

For the love of god.How do you choose a good realtor that actually knows what she's doing?I have never met a realtor who is so unorganized, unprofessional, and extremely arrogant than Damita Medina.We decided to go elsewhere to buy a house for she was absolutely pathetic and clueless in regards to homes and simple questions as to taxes,age of improvements etc She even had a child sitting in her vehicle for hours in the cold while showing us and another couple.That woman should not be in real estate

Please be aware as a buyer or seller of agent Abigail Jaqua. I am sure she is a nice girl, but as a home seller she made the already stressful process even more stressful. 1. Brought her buyers to a home that was out of their budget in the first place. We worked with them on price and wanted to help a young couple into their first home, but as time went on with inspection costs and more it was clear this was a house with outside of their budget. 2.
