This experience with them as my "agent" made me appreciate all the experiences others shared with me about Redfin. I went with an agent hoping they'd do more than unlock doors. Not here, at least. Once the contract is signed, good luck. When you need their time the most, they'll ghost you. Best part is how they go from being a "friend" to patronizing once their commission is on the horizon.
You're a sinking ship when you hire people like Sherri Lirenz. Extremely disrespectful, rude and petty.
