Awful - unless you’re a seller and want to steal someone’s earnest money. The seller agreed to an extension and, because I was asleep by the time I got the agreement, I didn’t sign it until the next day. The mortgage company couldn’t get the numbers straight so there were ridiculous conditions at the end. The sellers took full advantage of the fact I signed the agreement 12 hours late and kept my earnest money.
