I love my brokerage! Such quality people- great educational opportunities.
My family and I couldn't believe what we saw one of their agents do deliberately! We was on our way to their office to discuss selling my families 25 acres in Bluffton and a commercial building on the island. When the agent doing 15 mph purposely swerved to hit an animal. I continued to their office to find they actually work for KW. I am so upset. After buying properties with KWs help prior to this I wanted to work with them again. However this is horrible behavior. I read the the reviews here before leaving mine. Two things stood out. Many of the reviews are from other Keller Williams agents, not actual clients if you read the names. Also, there was not a single one for Kristen Hunter who is the agent I had the misfortune to deal with representing the buyer of my property. This was easily the worst closing I have ever had in large part due to the conduct of Kristen. This is how she represented her buyer... I was giving a $600 credit since I had removed the dishwasher.
