I was charged 6%. There are realtors out there who will charge you 3%. Do not sign anything the first day. Do not sign anything at all. You should haven’t to exclusively contract with a realtor. I was pressured into signing a contract on the first meeting. The contract was predatory. I was a single mother and this was during Covid. Pretty horrid business practices if you ask me.
Aaron was awesome to work with! He knew exactly what we were looking for in a home. Since we are new to the Louisville area, he took us to many different geographical areas and was always available to answer any questions we may have had. Very professional and would offer his opinion when asked. Will definitely enlist his help again when it comes time to look for another home!!!

Adam Borders and his team were awesome. Adam worked hard with us to find a suitable place, accompanied us on all our visits to potential homes, provided expert insight about the condition of the homes (and caught things that the professional inspectors had missed), represented us well in negotiations and did everything we expected of him plus a lot more.
