Shelly H Gardner had a home listed for sell and is very misleading and unfair when it comes to a buyers perspective. The seller was an elderly woman, and I sincerely hope she was not taken advantage of during this process. Our realtor scheduled a showing for Monday, July 20, 2026, the day the home was listed. That showing was canceled because Shelly explained that the seller had not yet moved out and that she was unable to get in contact with her to facilitate the showing.
