Larry Alberts dialed my phone by accident and then refused to believe that I wasn't the person he thought I was, badgering me until I was forced to hang up on him. It was bizarre and wildly unprofessional. If that's the kind of interaction he has with a complete stranger, the mind quails to imagine what it's like to have him as your realtor.
