I rented from this Company for a Unit at The Grand in Diamond Beach and was told by CJ the unit was going to be extra clean and he would personally make sure of it. Well the unit wasn’t what he said it would be and had to call several times to either fix something or come and clean. The unit is 111 in the grand and it’s very dated and furniture looks like it been through the war. There was trash behind the TV stand in bedroom and under beds. As much good as my real estate agent was during the process of buying a condo and the office staff gathering information for a closing BUT if you need help AFTERWARDS so far it’s not there. Multiple email requests have been ignored and It’s plausible by appearance that the reality team is advised by a person from the Title company (in which I think they share an office) that my requests are handled when they are not satisfied or ignored. This review is for the “Experience Vacation Rental” portion of Keller Williams Realty Jersey Shore. Beware and DO NOT CONTRACT with this company to rent your rental units. They are expensive, non-responsive, and absolutely incompetent. Thank God we decided to go down before Memorial Day - every one of our units was not clean - some worse than others. The worst part: we had PAID EVR to have these units cleaned and, for good measure, we signed up to have it cleaned AGAIN before we arrived. Neither the “deep clean” opening happ... read more
