I would highly recommend Sarah Rothermich. She did not stop until she found exactly what we were looking for. Excellent communication and she was always quick to share the newest listings and set up showings on a moments notice.

Their system for accepting earnest money is horrible. There is no way to verify the instructions are correct, or that you are not dealing with a spoof account. The receptionist at the office was very unhelpful and rude. Their system requires uploading your drivers license online and providing your banking information online all to a site there is no way to verify. And that is the only way they will accept the earnest money. Exceptionally poor business practice. I would not recommend this company
