STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BROKERAGE! Our former Realtor Worthy Richardson is completely unprofessional, untrustworthy, uneducated and unreliable. Delusional, arrogant, and very sneaky with their contracts. I would not sell through them. Be warned.
There are a bunch of other realtors in this office and I'm sure they are probably excellent but I had to deal with Safeguard Property Management, who is in this building. These guys tried to get us to sign and pay $250 deposit on a lease that was factually and legally incorrect and then made it seem like it was OUR fault that there own tour system failed and that they couldn't back check with the three employees they seem to have that we had seen the apartment in the first place.
