I just signed & had notorized, today, the lawsuit that I'm filing against a landlord that this office introduced me to. Mohammad was the agent & I complained to his boss, Murray, via emails, which included photos & screenshots to back up my claims. My family trusted this Keller Williams office to find a safe & legal apartment for my 81 year old, disabled mother, but instead told us that this place was perfect. I got a cold call from Mr.Hackett who was extremely rude when I declined his offer. Then he proceed to call me back to still try to argue for what reason I still have no clue. I wouldn't recommend using this brokage until they get this guy some better training and communication skills.

Amy misrepresented property on her listing and the office backed her up , not just 1 thing but 10 features were to be included but were not and she was aware and made no corrections or apologies
