As a former Real Estate Broker with 25 years in the business I was looking for true compassionate Real Estate Professionals. At first blush I felt very comfortable with the two realtors assigned to help me find that special home. There is an saying 'Service after the sale' . I was promised that would happen and it didn't ! This is base on my own experience with Agent Figen Cansever. my husband and I purchased a house that was owned by Agent Figen and she was also the realtor selling her property. We offered full price and the only thing we asked in the contract was for her to make sure all her trash, personal property, furniture, construction materials paint all be out of the house before closing date. Spam call. I received a low level spam call and answered it. I answered asking " who's calling?" After a brief pause she addressed me by name, and when asked again " who's calling ?" she hung up, never responding to the question. Any more calls like this I will report it.
