We purchased a property represented by this brokerage. The agent informed our realtor that the tenants' deposits had been refunded prior to closing. However, the realtor, Joey Samide, provided leases showing a deposit amount of $0 for one tenant. When one of our tenants moved out, they asked about their deposit and informed us it had never been returned. Both Andrew Gunther and Joey Samide have been unhelpful in resolving this issue. My realtor Terri dunn was working more for the seller than myself whenever I asked about something being repaired or replaced I was told they won't do that without even asking I had to wait to talk to her at her convenience even though I'm the one who hired her I found my own house and now that I'm in the house things that were supposed to be included in my contract are not here I had no access to the property but through her I'm missing my central air unit which was a priority the electricity is hooked up wrong the doors we... read more

I’m currently a Renter with KW I have only been in this property 30 days. It’s no way I should have to deal with unnecessary issues. You put a work order in to only save the company because legally they must send repairs. The contractors sent out NOT FIXING ANY ISSUES THEY WILL PUT A MINOR BAND-aid than claim it’s completed and fixed. Which is untrue , I have called numerous times about the same issue. Huge hassle and huge inconvenience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY BAAAAAD MANAGEMENT
