One of your agents who was a friend of a friend contacting out of the blue trying to get business. You should really try and find a different way to get clients as this doesn't help your reputation at all.

Joel and Nancy sold us our first home and they are literally the best and sweetest real estate agents you could ever ask for. They are VERY professional, took the time to explain everything to us 150%, and stayed on top of the sellers retailer when they kept stalling due to tenants in the house. We met our closing date and we didn't pay a cent more than we were prepared to. A++, will come to them for our next home purchase! These guys deserve all the love and success they get. <3
Paige Milosevic was amazing to work with! She took the time to walk through 25+ homes with us until we found the one. She is currently renovating her own home, so she had lots of tips on how we could spruce up some of the ones we found along the way.
