I had an extremely frustrating experience with Keller Williams Golden Isles, specifically working with Jessica Keane (License #443511), the buyer’s agent involved in a recent transaction. After the closing, Ms. Keane agreed to purchase a brand new washer and dryer that were left in the home. However, she removed the items without making any payment, effectively stealing them from the seller. We are an active duty military family that was in South Korea at the time looking to buy a house in Jesup GA and David Wilson was our realtor that we were given. We contacted him and had already chosen the house we wanted to buy and we’re already pre approved making it a very simple process for him.
