I had the pleasure of working with Trey Cooper. He was referred to me by family. Initially, I was caught off guard by the first showing being a home out of my budget with a septic tank and constantly mentioning earnest money. I was informed that a $100 relisting fee would cover the termination of my agreement and withdrawal of my listing, yet the process was deliberately delayed over the weekend.
