Elena Cristina Marchis has been THE best to work with. My husband and I had been looking for a house for a few years and the previous realtor we used just never found us anything remotely close to what we even liked. Absolutely do not recommend this company. Will not refund money if the owner of the rental you sign lease with won't move out but Keller Williams already has the broker fee. Too bad on you even with a contract stating you get a full refund if tenancy isn't created. Shame on them for taking money from a widow who doesn't know what she's getting into and trusts Keller Williams to be decent.
