Would suggest that anyone tempted to contact this company rethink the temptation. The agent I spoke with was condescending and patronizing to the point of being insulting. Not everyone wants, needs, or can afford to immediately buy a $500k home, and calling the listing agent about a significantly less expensive home was an exercise in being shamed for being "not rich."
