This is Day 10 of the maintenance in my current rental home. What started out as a plumbing issue (which was resolved several days later), has now turned into a full fledged reconstruction. I would be very careful in deciding to rent from this company. They very clearly don't care about the wellbeing of the tenants. They take forever to respond to questions, repairs take an inappropriate amount of time to fix, and they will nickel and dime you for every ***** they can when it comes to taking as much of your security deposit as they possibly can. This was the worst property management I have ever had to work with. When my air conditioning stopped working in April I contacted them and got no response. This was an emergency situation and they acted like it was no big deal. I waited four weeks to get a new unit while my apartment was anywhere from ***** degrees. Miserable. If you are looking to rent a property and want a management company that has your interest at heart do not use Green Group. Pleasant experience at the beginning but once you have signed a lease they do not care about the renter at all. Even if the air conditioning goes out in the middle of the summer (and it is required by law to be repaired), they allowed the owner of our property to request 6 different quotes over the course of a week until a repair was eventually made from a friend of the owner. If I could give less than one star. I would. This group is dishonest. Staff make material misrepresentations the group does not stand behind Also extremely unprofessional and disorganized. This includes Alyssa E***. Broker Mike (unresponsive) and Managing Partner. Azia C******. See also A* ***** ** ****** complaint against this group. Just say NO to The Green Group for property management and for rentals.

I do not want to give this company any stars. 6/4/19-Shanna D** from Keller Realty Group & *** ************ ***. left a notice on the door of my home saying I had 5 days from the date of the letter to vacate otherwise I would incur legal action. On 6/5/19 4:20 pm, Shanna D** came to my home knocking loudly and ringing the doorbell incessantly. BEWARE OF THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!! We have been tenants for 3 years, and have had problems with our AC unit going out every year! In 2016 we had to issue them a 24 hour wrongful failure to provide essential services notice after they neglected to fix our broken AC unit for more than 30 days (during excessive heat warnings). The AC unit had gone out again in 2017, and the technician told us "Until the owners decide to replace the unit, I am basically putting a Band-Aid on a wound that won't heal every time I come out." This is the worse management company that does not respond to tenants. My air conditioning was out for a month before I threatened them with a lawyer. My oven was broken for a month before we paid for the repair because it was the day before Thanksgiving. Our pool needed repair and the management company ignored my maintenance requests until we once again spent hundreds of dollars until they finally replaced the pump.
