Very unprofessional!!!! My husband and I had been approved for a rental house but we declined the home due to another one that came up that better fit our family. My husband emailed Amanda to let her now and apologized and let them now that when we are ready to buy we will contact them. Her one word response in the email was "UGH". OK we are relocating to Idaho Falls from NV and that was not a very good first impression.
