Horrible landlord. The property was kept horribly in and out. Anytime we complained about the neighbors, he didn't do anything, but yet whenever the neighbors complained about us, he was at our door. Goes back on his word. We do not recommend him/ kim jorgensen for anything!
I've never had a more caring and personable landlord. Of course no one likes to be called out when they're loud or being obnoxious but I have to say that the message and how it's delivered means all the difference. So therefore, we appreciate your tact, and kindness. We can admit when we are wrong and we appreciate everything you have done to address our needs. Thanks again.
