Keller Williams agents are very unethical. We sold our home to a client of Keller Williams. While they were in our house for the final walk through, somehow our 50 inch Samsung HDTV got broken. When we confronted their agent, Francisco Baretto, he lied and said it never happened. When we called to talk to the broker, Mike Johnston, he told us we were lying and they wouldn't do anything for us. We know for a fact it happened while they were in our house.
I have not worked with them personally, but I've had a total of 7 no shows from Keller Williams agents after they contact my agent and schedule a showing. Every time I have busted butt to get my house perfect. My agent reaches out to confirm the showing and the Keller Williams agent never responds. Then no one shows up. I am deeply upset about all the wasted time these agents have cost me, my family, and my agent.
RYAN HANSEN has been invading our privacy for months HE HAS MADE US FEEL LIKE WE HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO PRIVACY EVEN AFTER MY GRANDPA CANCELLED ON SELLING HIS HOUSE DUE TO HIS MANIPULATION !!!!!!! taking pictures of our home without OUR permission as the legal tenants. He is VERY AGGRESSIVE and DISHONEST. Buyer/Seller BEWARE.
Avoid using Chris Schmaltz he is a fraud! I have written contracted proof to show for it!
Please avoid using Lance Owen at any cost. He is not an honest guy what so ever. He is all about what he can get for free to put money in his pocket.

Found a home on zillow, that my wife loved. Ryan was there to help us instantly. He did everything in his power to get us the best deal and make sure the whole experience went extremely smooth and professionally. Was there when had questions or concerns. He was a true blessing, couldn't have done it without him.
Our agent Chalmers Haas was amazing! He found everything we needed in a house, worked with my husband crazy schedule, and included our children in the process. It was a great experience and he was just great to work with we had a blast! Yesterday was the one year anniversary of our home purchase leave it to Chalmers to surprise us with a lovely gift! I would recommend if you are buying or selling a home to call him you won't regret it! Thank you for helping us find the perfect home Chalmers it was a perfect fit!
