I would like to share my thoughts and gratitude. I recently lost my brother unexpectedly. I had to fly from California to Olathe to manage his property. I had the privilege of being introduced to Wayne Janner to assist me in the sale of my brothers home. I can’t express enough of easy the process was and how Wayne put my fears to rest. My wife and I had a horrible experience working with them. We were a lot more proactive in locating homes than the realtor and were left for days at a time before hearing a response. We were running out of time so we talked to our realtor about finding a place to rent. He agreed so we did, it was a year lease so we wouldn’t need his services. We decided to cancel our agreement and then were answered with a baffling wave of unprofessionalism and complaints. They tried to make us pay for the gas and MLS licensing. Ridiculous. ... read more
